"I recently had to renew my coverage and I worked with Nick. He made getting insurance a pleasure.
I had to edit my review because quite honestly I have never been thrilled with this agent or his staff.
I was with State Farm for over 40 years and after my initial quote the price went up. When I called to ask why the woman wouldn't let me talk to Nick and was quite curt. I feel that loyal customers deserve better customer service. All customers deserve better customer service than what you get with this agent with the exception of Nick. After this experience I found that I could get a better rate elsewhere. So I called to cancel my policy.
The woman never asked why to even rectify the situation. The entire call lasted less than 30 seconds. Nice way to treat a customer that has been with your company for over 40 years."

"I don’t like to leave bad reviews but the experience in not pleasant. When I was on the policy everything been good but ones I had sold one car the the price of the insurance went up almost like for 2 cars. There been no refund for home insurance and I paid in full and used only 4 months. The worst of all is when I call to the office they respond through email, not returning your call. I don’t recommend anyone this office."
